Adam Bush

Mr. Bush joined OMAC in September 2022 after over 10 years at Anheuser-Busch. Adam brings significant experience in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions which augments OMAC’s deep transaction experience and brings yet another resource in helping clients address supplier relations. In his time at A-B, Adam held a variety of roles, most recently Head of Beyond Beer Development where he oversaw spirits and non-alcohol route-to-market strategy and corporate development initiatives for the company’s fast-growing Beyond Beer division. Prior to working in Beyond Beer, he led A-B’s Wholesaler Development team which is responsible for distributor transactions, succession planning, and mergers & acquisitions. He also managed several of A-B’s equity investments in wholesalers, serving as a board representative for the company.
