Mr. McLaren has over 25 years of beverage industry experience focused primarily on capital structure advisory and executing business acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to forming OMAC Beverage Advisors, Sean served as Managing Director at First Beverage Group, where he co-led the mergers and acquisitions group with John O’Connor. Prior to First Beverage, Sean was a corporate and investment banker in the beverage groups of GE Capital, Bank of America, and SunTrust. During his banking career, Sean underwrote over $2 billion of loans. His capital structure experience coupled with his banking relationships ensures that OMAC Beverage Advisors’ clients maximize value and mitigate financing risks when executing a transaction.
